Liquid nitrogen tanks are generally used for five years. But we need to maintain it frequently. If we do not maintain the liquid nitrogen tank later, it will reduce the use time of the liquid nitrogen tank. So how should we prolong its use time?

1. Before using the liquid nitrogen tank, it is necessary to add a small amount of liquid nitrogen for pre-cooling. When the temperature in the tank reaches the liquid nitrogen temperature, fill the liquid nitrogen tank with liquid nitrogen. Then we should check the neck plug and the small groove of the neck plug at any time, clean up the ice cubes on it in time, and do not put plastic cloth and other substances on the neck plug, in order to ensure the use time of the liquid nitrogen tank.
2. The liquid nitrogen tank should be handled with care to prevent collision and extrusion. When moving, it should not be dragged on the ground, but should be lifted. And liquid nitrogen tanks should be stored in a dry, well-ventilated room to prevent moisture.
3. Minimize the number of transportation and opening of liquid nitrogen tanks. If it needs to be transported, it must be fixed to the car box with ropes and kept upright. Protect against falls, tip-overs, lying down and severe shocks.
